So I had my interview today at Metro, and got the job after literally 2 minutes of talking to the boss...it was great. I was a little scared though, since she was going to call me with my hours for the coming week, and I don't have black pants or shoes for work. I asked Dylans parents if I could borrow the money off them, and they were like, no..but it can be your christmas present....and while you're at it, get 2 pairs of pants and some winter boots :O So we went to mark's and i got shoes and 2 pairs of really nice pants, which i can wear to funeral homes too, and a pair of black emu boots from town shoes (which are super comfy and warm, and only $99) Overall, it was a wonderful day. I start work on Monday, and have 4 shifts, most of which are 5 hours. Also, I asked for the weekend of the 2oth off and got it, so I can go to Brice x-mas with Dylan. It'll be really nice having a pay cheque again...
Oh, and while I was at the doctors yesterday I mentioned that I was interested in getting breast reduction, and she said that she'd set up a surgical consult for me, and that it will be covered under OHIP. I'm not sure when i'll be able to do it though, because with the internship coming up I can't afford to not be able to lift anything heavy for a few months. I probably won't have the surgery anytime soon, but it's nice to know that the option is there when i'm ready for it.

2. I'd rather have 1 best friend then 20 acquaintances
3. I hate birds, they have weird feet....
4. I've always wanted a pet goat.
5. My dad is no longer alive, and sometimes I wish I would have got to know him when I had the chance
6. Sometimes I think people get the wrong impression about me
7. I have a really hard time opening myself up to new people
8. I never thought I could love anyone as much as I love Dylan
9. It makes me sad that I should be a licensed funeral director by now, but i'm not. It makes me feel like a failure.
10. I hate when people ask me how I think something went...like an interview or a test.
11. I don't like feeling like an outsider with my own family. I really don't see them enough....
12. I can be a total bitch, or the nicest girl ever.
13. In the past i've wanted to be a vet,

43. It makes me sound like a freak, but I really like blood. My favorite part of embalming is watching blood come out of the body and run down the table with the occasional blood clot.

Life, or something like it.
Lately, I am restless. Every day is the same. Nothing changes.....it's horrible. I have 6(ish) months till I start an internship, and I already feel at a huge disadvantage. I don't have my license, and no money to get it, or get a suit so I can do my 40 hours of observation. I'm at a red light, and i'm DYING for it to turn green. Dylan is never here, he's either at school or working. I don't blame him and i'm not mad, I'm envious. At least he has something in his life other then me. Must be nice...
