At a dinner at my parents house tonight I was reminded of the fact that Christmas will be here in a little over a month. This worries me. I don't have a job, and no more government cheques to keep me afloat, so I have no idea how I'm buying presents. I hate this, it makes me feel like a pile of shit. Hopefully I find a job soon, or else I'm fucked.......
On another note, I really want a pink or purple Christmas tree this year. I don't see it happening though, because I'd be the only one who wants one :( And I'd like a black feather wreath :D:D I can't wait till Dylan and I have our own place.

Today history was made.
In the 2008 United States Presidential Election, the citizens of the US made it perfectly clear that they want a change. This change will come the new President, Barack Obama, the first black president in the nation's history. Not that this is the change that matters of course. I couldn't care less that he's black. I like what he stands for, which is all that should matter in a nations leader. Who cares about the color of his skin, the gender, hairstyle, age, religion, if they wear an american flag pin.....WHO CARES? What should matter is the persons POLICIES AND BELIEFS. I'd vote for a black, female, gay, handicapped president if I like'd what they stood for. Watching the election coverage on CNN was a mistake though, the people on that station are ignorant fucks. Obama exudes everything that a nations leader should; confidence, intelligence, personality, professionalism, etc. His speach was absolutly inspiring, he made me proud of America. I can't wait to see the kind of change he enacts in these next 4 years.
